COVID reproduction rate monitor for the COVID Scientific Advisory group in Uruguay

A monitor for computing the reproduction rate \(R_t\) of COVID-19 reported cases in Uruguay, and perform comparisons with other countries. Developed together with Prof. Ernesto Mordecki, for the National Scientific Advisory Group (GACH) Uruguay.
